This tutorial highlights how your staff can redeem Chronogolf vouchers in Lightspeed Retail.  (Watch the Managing Vouchers tutorial to learn more on how to upload new vouchers)

If you'd like to redeem vouchers in Lightspeed Retail, please contact our customer support through the online chat (bottom right corner of the tee sheet) to activate the feature (no extra cost).

Once the feature is activated, you will notice a menu button called ''Vouchers'' on your sales screen:

Vouchers have a monetary value of your choice and can be redeemed only once. You can scan any bar code or swipe any magnetic stripes to find a voucher or you can enter the sequence of digits or letters of your choice with a keyboard.

Once you hit redeem, the system will update the sale with a discount equal to the value of the voucher. Once redeemed, the system will mark the voucher as used, will stamp the date of usage and note the employee that redeemed it.
