Find members in the Customer Base section of the menu sidebar:

  1. Welcome emails will be sent out inviting members to activate their accounts.
  2. Activated members have a Chrono ID and an activation icon.

*Please note: Members with activated accounts must create a password.

To reset a lost password:

  1. Open the members account in the customer base.
  2. Click the key icon beside the edit button.
  3. Click Send Reset Password Email.

If a member cannot activate through an email address and still wishes to book online:

  1. Assign a fake email address to the member.
  2. Click the key icon to set up a new password.
  3. The member can now book online with the fake email and password.
