Find members in the Customer Base section of the menu sidebar:
- Welcome emails will be sent out inviting members to activate their accounts.
- Activated members have a Chrono ID and an activation icon.
*Please note: Members with activated accounts must create a password.
To reset a lost password:
- Open the members account in the customer base.
- Click the key icon beside the edit button.
- Click Send Reset Password Email.
If a member cannot activate through an email address and still wishes to book online:
- Assign a fake email address to the member.
- Click the key icon to set up a new password.
- The member can now book online with the fake email and password.
